Day one of the President’s Trophy Grade-One First-Class Tournament has concluded, highlighted by magnificent centuries from Fakhar Zaman and Salman Ali Agha.
KRL vs Ghani Glass (Imran Khan Stadium, Peshawar):
Demonstrating a strong batting display, KRL built a commanding score of 371 runs in 86 overs. Fakhar Zaman led the attack with an aggressive 128 off 136 balls, marking the 7th first-class century of his career. Meanwhile, Imran Rafiq remains unbeaten on 95.
Kingsmen Academy vs MIT Solutions (Abbottabad Cricket Stadium):
Winning the toss, MIT Solutions opted to field first. Kingsmen Academy reached 257/3 in 75 overs by the end of the day's play. Salman Ali Agha brought up his 18th first-class century and remains at the crease alongside Mohammad Salman (83*), building an unbroken 185-run partnership.SNGPL vs State Bank of Pakistan (Shoaib Akhtar Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi):
